Senior operating help, sized to what you need now

These are paths, not a required sequence. Start with a single decision, a full readiness assessment, or ongoing leadership. Every engagement uses the VALUES Method.

Not sure where to start?

"Should we open the second site this year?" One leader, one decision: start with the Readiness Intensive.

"We all see it differently." A leadership team that needs agreement on priorities and owners: start with the Leadership Workshop.

"We don't know what we don't know." You need the gaps found before deciding what to fix: start with the Readiness Assessment.

Already know the fix and need it done? Go straight to the 90-Day Accelerator or fractional COO support.

Readiness Intensive (90 minutes)

A focused working session on one expansion or operating decision. We pressure-test your plan against staffing, workflow, compliance and patient access, and you leave with a clear recommendation and next steps. Best for an executive director or COO facing one specific call. The fee is credited toward a Readiness Assessment if you continue.

Leadership Workshop (half day)

A facilitated session that gets your leadership team aligned on priorities, ownership and the commitments for the next 90 days. Values-grounded, practical, and documented so it holds after the room clears. Best for leadership teams that see the challenge, but not yet the same way.

Growth & Expansion Readiness Assessment (4 weeks, signature offer)

I review your operations, interview your leaders and front-line staff, and map the gaps that could delay an expansion, integration or review. You get prioritized findings, a risk view and a practical roadmap your team can act on, followed by a debrief with your leadership team.

90-Day Accelerator (12 weeks)

I lead the two or three priorities that matter most for your merger, integration or new site, alongside your team. Clear ownership, a weekly operating cadence and measurable progress you can report to your board and funders. Best for organizations with a plan that needs to be carried out on time.

Fractional COO (1 to 2 days a week, 3-month minimum)

Senior operating leadership without a full-time hire. At one day a week I own one area, such as an expansion or the operating cadence. At two days a week I lead operations across two or three functions, manage direct reports and run the leadership meeting. Every engagement spells out my mandate, decision rights, reporting lines and the outcomes we track monthly.

Common questions

Do you work outside Texas? Yes. I'm based in Dallas and work nationally, on-site and remote.

Do you make clinical decisions? No. I lead operations and work alongside your clinical leadership. Where that line sits is written into every engagement.

How is pricing set? Each engagement has a fixed fee or monthly retainer. Scope depends on the number of sites, the priorities I lead, on-site days and weekly time. I'll quote it after our first call.

Can you step in as an interim COO? Interim roles need more time than fractional work, so I scope them separately. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.
